Once you’ve signed up, you will be given immediate and free access to everything Smibs has to offer. From your Dashboard you can access the Smibs Network, a space where you can promote yourself and your company and connect with potential new partners, clients, and friends. You can also use the Smibs Network to collaborate with a variety of professionals to build a team for your upcoming project.
Collaboration is where Doorbell, our first online software application, really shines. Doorbell is a simple CRM system, contact list manager and sales tool that helps you and your team to win more business while you’re busy with projects that pay the bills. You can share contacts, leads and tasks with your team and always be better prepared for your next call by keeping a history of who said what to whom. Doorbell gives you access to the vital information you need in an intuitive and efficient interface, so you can focus on what matters: your business.
So why are we so excited about our new interface? Along with the sleek look, current users will notice the following improvements..
- In response to requests for clarification, the Smibs Lounge is now your Dashboard and SmibsNet is now called the Smibs Network. You will immediately notice that we have been moving things around, polishing the corners, and streamlining the Smibs interface.
- All the important navigational tools are now located at the top of your screen, and they stick around no matter which application you are using â€“ this way you can quickly access your messages and tasks, manage your different companies and surf the Smibs Network no matter where you are in the system.
- What used to be your Personal Contacts we are now calling your Personal Doorbell, and we have also updated its interface to maximize your efficiency.
- We moved the Doorbell navigation to the top of the screen, right below the main Smibs navigational bar â€“ keeping it out of the way leaves more room for you to focus on the contacts, tasks and opportunities you need to manage.
- Weâ€™ve also included a â€˜Quick Infoâ€™ sidebar for your Doorbell contacts list, keeping all the vital information you need to get started right at your fingertips (exactly where you want it to be during that call with your client!)
