One of the biggest problems in all kinds and sizes of organizations is that as soon as the management thinks they &#039;understand&#039; a problem the rest of the organization automatically knows how to fix it. Usually they also assume that everyone is on the same &#039;page&#039; of thought and thus it will take very little effort (and resources) to fix it.</description>
